Uploaded artwork is stored privately. AbiThread receives access links that expire after 72 hours. Uploaded files are scheduled for deletion once they are more than 30 days old; daily cleanup means deletion may occur on the following day. Link expiry does not itself delete a file.

Emails, quote records, and copies needed for an active order may be retained separately for customer service, order fulfilment, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. You can ask us about a specific record or request deletion by email.
